NEW COUNTY CHAMPIONS
The Girls Gaelic Football did the school proud today with a magnificent performance in winning the County Final in tough conditions against Urlingford on December 2nd.  The score at the end was Scoil Phádraig 6-3  Urlingford 0-0.  This was the second match in a row that the girls managed to keep a clean sheet.  Both defence and attack were outstanding.  Captain Lauryn Devereux accepted the cup in front of her jubilant team and new COUNTY CHAMPIONS.  The medals were presented in Carroll's on Friday night by Ms. McCormick.

Miss Hayes
There will be mass celebrated in Ballyhale Church on Monday 28th of February to remember Ms. Éilís Hayes who died earlier in the week. Ms. Hayes taught in Scoil Phádraig for 21 years before moving to Gaelscoil Charraig na Siúire.
